SMS & Texting Terms

These terms govern text messages ("SMS/MMS") sent by 2DYE4, INC, doing business as Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning ("Langenwalter", "we"). Our messaging is delivered through Nextiva, our business phone and messaging provider.

Program description

When you opt in, Langenwalter sends text messages only about your service. We do not send promotional or marketing texts. Messages may include:

• Appointment reminders, typically 1–2 days before your scheduled cleaning.
• Scheduling and rescheduling of your appointment.
• Technician arrival updates on the day of the job.
• Replies to questions and photos you send us for an estimate.

How you opt in

You can agree to receive texts from us in any of these ways:

1. By checking the optional texting box on our quote request form.
2. By telling our office staff on the phone that you would like texts about your appointment.
3. By texting us first at 317-876-9944. In that case we reply only about your request.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service: you can always reach us by phone instead.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled services and conversations with the office.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Langenwalter does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You can also opt out by calling the office at 317-876-9944.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call 317-876-9944 during office hours, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Phone numbers and texting consent are used only to communicate with you as described above. We do not share texting consent or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Changes

We may update these terms, and the current version will always be posted at this address.
