Standing schedule
Want it on a regular schedule? Tell us how often (monthly, quarterly, seasonally) and we'll hold that standing date for you, so you don't have to remember to call. We also leave you a spot out bottle for unforeseen touch-ups, and we refill it for free the next time we're out.

Do you clean during business hours?
Yes, but most commercial customers prefer evenings or weekends so the floor is dry and the building is empty. We can schedule either.
How often should commercial carpet be cleaned?
It depends on your traffic and how the space looks. Many businesses choose monthly, quarterly or seasonal cleanings for entries and busy areas. You pick the schedule, and we'll hold a standing date for you.
Are you insured?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is on file and we can send it to your property manager on request.
Do you clean commercial upholstery and tile?
Yes. Waiting-room chairs, lobby tile and breakroom floors can all be done on the same visit.
